Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bloomwell! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows no successful delivery within 45 days of your order leaving our warehouse, please contact us and we will open a dispute on your behalf. If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please obtain a non-delivery certification with an official seal from your local post office and contact us — investigations can take 1–2 months to resolve.

Please note that if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect from the post office, we are unable to issue a refund or resend. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate and to collect any held packages promptly.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives badly damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement. If your package arrives partially damaged (excluding minor issues such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches), we will offer a partial refund or replacement. All damage complaints must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos or video.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, international conflicts, customs inspections, or other force majeure events. We will notify you through available communication channels if such delays affect your order.
