Return & Refund Eligibility

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right:

  • Significantly damaged items are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.
  • Partially damaged items are eligible for a partial refund or replacement. Minor cosmetic issues such as slight wrinkles, loose threads, or small surface scratches do not qualify.
  • For standard and electronic products, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please note: damaged outer packaging or shipping boxes alone do not qualify for a refund due to the nature of international shipping.

Wrong or Missing Items

If there is an issue with what you received:

  • Wrong item received — full refund or replacement.

For size-related disputes, please measure the product using the correct method and include a clear photo of the measurement with your message to us.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your package has not arrived:

  • US orders: If delivery is not confirmed within 45 days of shipment from our warehouse, we will open a dispute on your behalf.

If the carrier confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, an official non-delivery certification with an official seal from your local post office is required. This investigation can take 1–2 months, and a resolution cannot be guaranteed.

Note: Packages are sometimes held at your local post office due to an incomplete address or a missed delivery attempt. We recommend checking there first before reaching out to us.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed by the warehouse. The following orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD), custom, or branded orders
  • Pre-order inventory (specially reserved products)
  • Service-based orders (e.g., video or photo-related products)

How to Return an Item

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

Getting Started

Before shipping anything back, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship items back without written authorization.

What to Include

When returning an item, please:

  • Use a trackable shipping carrier and keep your tracking number.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Return the item to the address we provide upon authorization.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for defective or quality-related items.

After We Receive Your Return

Once the item arrives at the warehouse, a quality inspection will be conducted:

  • If the item shows signs of damage, misuse, or abnormal wear, the return will not be accepted and no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • If the item passes inspection, a $1.50 warehousing fee will be deducted. Only the original product cost is refunded — shipping fees, taxes, and other charges are non-refundable.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier (without a valid official non-delivery certification)
  • Packages held, uncollected, or returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pick up
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections such as loose threads, small scratches, or slight wrinkles
  • Damaged outer packaging or shipping boxes
  • Customized, Print-on-Demand, or service-based orders
  • Disputes submitted more than 30 days after the tracking status shows "Delivered"

Delays & Force Majeure

Bloomwell and our fulfillment partner are not responsible for shipping delays or product damage caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, international conflicts, customs inspections, or severe weather. We will notify you as promptly as possible if such an event affects your order.
